Regular Council

THAT the agenda for the November 27, 2024 Regular Council meeting be accepted.

THAT the minutes of the November 13, 2024 Regular meeting of Council be approved as presented.

THAT Council receive the presentation on the 2023 financials from Joanna Parks of Baker Tilly, AND FURTHER THAT Council authorize the Mayor and Treasurer to sign the Management Report

THAT Council receive the report on the standpipe from Wes Henneberry Page 2 of 4 Regular Council November 27, 2024 AND FURTHER THAT the report be included in 2025 Water & Sewer budget deliberations.

THAT Schedule of Accounts numbered 19-2024 in the amount of $67,583.64 be approved for payment.

THAT Council adopt the Accounts Receivable and the Accounts Payable policies

THAT Council approve the changes to Schedule E of by-law 49-20 and request that all unpriced lines be removed.

THAT Council authorize the Clerk to make temporary pound arrangements as required.

THAT Council request all staff conduct an internal review of the parking by-law and report back to the next meeting of Council Page 3 of 4 Regular Council November 27, 2024

THAT Council receive the letter regarding the crosswalk and request staff to send a thank you letter to the resident advising that his letter will be considered during 2025 budget deliberations.

THAT the Q3 2024 Deseronto Water & Deseronto Wastewater plant reports be received.

THAT Council has no objection to the severance, but request that the County's comments/suggestions be included in the severance decision.

THAT Council rise at 7:20 pm, under Section 239 of the Municipal Act and move Page 4 of 4 Regular Council November 27, 2024 into Closed Session to discuss 2 matters under 2(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.

THAT staff follow the direction of Council as discussed in Closed Session.

THAT the November 27, 2024 Regular Council meeting be adjourned.
