THAT the agenda for the December 11, 2024 Regular Council meeting be accepted with the addition of the following items under New Business: 1. Transit Policy - Inclement Weather 2. Holiday Public Skating 3. 2025 Budget Process 4. Reply from Hastings County re: Transit Funding 5. Insurance Quotations

THAT the minutes of the November 27, 2024 Regular meeting of Council be approved as presented.

Page 2 of 4 Regular Council December 11, 2024 THAT Schedule of Accounts numbered 20-2024 in the amount of $403,073.44 be approved for payment.

THAT Council receive the report entitled "Reallocation of Honorarium Funds AND FURTHER THAT Council directs staff to proceed with making changes to the budget for 2025.

THAT Council receive the report entitled "Fire Department Annual Activity Review"

THAT copies of the by-law be printed and put in all Council members' mail boxes AND FURTHER THAT Council members may provide their recommendations at the Council meeting in January.

THAT items 12.1 through to 12.3 be received AND FURTHER THAT a letter of congratulations be forwarded to Warden Bob Mullin.

THAT Staff review the arena ice schedule and provide 3-5 spots for Free Public Skating during the holidays.

THAT Council delegate authority to the Town Manager to select the successful insurance vendor and advise Council of his decision via e-mail.

THAT Council rise at 8:08 pm, under Section 239 of the Municipal Act and move into Closed Session to discuss 3 matters under 2(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees,

THAT By-law 47-2024, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the December 11, 2024 Council meeting, having been read a first, second and third time, be assigned a number and finally passed this 11th day of December 2024.
