Regular Council

THAT the agenda for the February 25, 2026 Regular Council meeting be accepted.

THAT Council receive the Draft Policies and request that Ms. Detlor make they revisions as discussed and return to the March 11, 2026 meeting of Council.

THAT the minutes of the February 1, 2026 Regular meeting of Council be accepted as presented; AND FURTHER THAT Schedule of Accounts numbered 04-2026 in the amount of $331,480.80 be approved for payment.

THAT Council rise at 9:40 pm, under Section 239 of the Municipal Act and move into Closed Session to discuss 3 matters; 1 under 2(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, 1 under 2(e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board and 1 under 2(f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.

THAT staff follow the direction of Council as discussed in Closed Session.

THAT By-law 13-2026, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the February 25, 2026 Council meeting, having been read a first, second and third time, be assigned a number and finally passed this 25th day of February 2026.

THAT the February 25, 2026 Regular Council meeting be adjourned at 10:25 pm.
